In terms of exports, according to statistics, from January to June 2023, the total export of passenger elevators, escalators and moving walkways across the country was 46,100 units, a year-on-year increase of 26.82%; the total export value was 7.316 billion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 38.33%.

Compared with the same period last year, the total import volume from January to July 2022 was 654 units, with a cumulative total of ¥ 189,316,667 , a decrease of 238 units, and a total increase of approximately 8.5%.

Quantity and country of import and export

In July, China's top three elevator importers were: Japan, South Korea, and Finland, with quantities of 52, 20, and 10 units respectively. The main sources of imports also include: Germany, Sweden, the United Kingdom, etc.

In the first half of 2023, my country's passenger elevators, escalators and moving walkways exported to Russia with the highest export value, with a total export value of 599 million yuan; the second was Australia, with a total export value of ¥ 393 million; followed by Kazakhstan, with a total export value of ¥ 349 million.

In July, in terms of the number of passenger elevator exports, Kazakhstan ranked first with 407 units, followed by: Russia 393 units, Australia 298 units, Indonesia 267 units, Vietnam 251 units, Saudi Arabia 249 units, UAE 218 units, and Thailand 216 units , Uzbekistan 215 units and the United States 210 units, ranking in the top ten respectively.

In July, in terms of the number of escalators and moving walkways exported, India ranked first with 111 units, followed by 86 units in South Korea, 67 units in Thailand, 45 units in Singapore, 44 units in Vietnam, 42 units in Saudi Arabia, 41 units in Australia, and 40 units in Mexico. 36 units in Malaysia and 36 units in Uzbekistan.
