1. Understand the operation situation
Technical regulations: ① Asks management and maintenance personnel about the operation and failure of escalators in this cycle;
                                    ② Check the escalator emergency repair record book.
Inspection standards: ① To check the escalator fault and repair records;
                                   ② Access to maintenance records and work visa.
2. Set up the necessary maintenance and safety measures
Technical procedures: ① Maintenance, must first set up safety railings and "No Use" brand (up and down one);
                                    ② Power main switch can be cut off when necessary during maintenance;
                                    ③ If the maintenance ladder has been removed from the escalator, only the "maintenance box" is allowed to operate the escalator point at the maintenance speed, and no one is allowed to stand on the ladder;
                                    ④ Maintenance, the escalator must be checked without any debris and tools.
Inspection standards: ① Requires that railings and standing plates can be eye-catching and effectively prevent people from entering the site;
                                   ② Ensure that the escalator is not started casually during maintenance;
                                   ③ Cut off the main switch in the escalator, and it can be locked if necessary.
3. Give priority to handling emergencies
Technical procedures: If the ladder is stopped due to a fault, remove the first fault.
4. Ladder road system maintenance

Technical procedures:① To remove 3 maintenance steps;
                                   ② Observe the cascade guide rail;
                                   ③ Check the cascade chain and the rising tension;
                                   ④ Checks for each cascade.
Inspection standards: ① Is running smoothly, with no abnormal noise;
                                   ② Can align the center when entering the comb plate, and the depth of the comb teeth into the ladder groove meets the standard;
                                   ③ Checks the distance of the pole meets the criteria.
5. Handrest system maintenance

Technical specification: ① Check the entrance and exit of the armrest belt;
                                     ② Check whether the running speed of the armrest belt is synchronized with the step;
                                     ③ Check the surface and inside of the handrail belt for obvious signs of scars and friction;
                                     ④ Check the tension of the armrest strap
                                     ⑤ Check armrest pulley group and roller check friction wheel;
                                     ⑥ Cleaning work in the armrest strap watch.
Inspection standards: ① Observe whether the armrest belt is in the middle of the entrance and exit when running up and down;
                                   ② Does the difference between operation speed and cascade operation meet the standard;
                                   ③ Check the handrail with no wire exposure and scar source, and exclude it;
                                   ④ Whether the tension of the armrest belt meets the standard or not, it can be adjusted;
                                   ⑤ The pulley group and rollers must be operated freely, smoothly and noise-free. Wear condition of the friction wheels.
